How much can you learn about a stranger in five minutes? Not much, really. But five minutes is enough to make a connection, and to capture a tiny slice of that stranger’s life. This ongoing project is a total rip-off of Richard Avedon’s groundbreaking In The American West series. The premise is simple: pluck a stranger from a lunchtime crowd on Sparks Street and have them stand for a guerrilla-style photo shoot.
